Can you outline the steps involved in renting from Atal Aesthetics?

Once you’ve chosen a venue and date for your wedding or event, you have several booking options tailored to your preferences. The simplest way to get a quote is to submit a wishlist on our website; we’ll promptly check availability and provide you with a quote. In addition, if you need guidance and are unsure where to begin, feel free to send us a message via our Contact tab, and a member of our team will reach out to assist you.

How do I reserve my desired rentals?

Booking our rentals is straightforward. When we send you the proposal, it will include a link for you to view and pay your invoice using a debit or credit card. To secure your date, we ask for a 100% non refundable payment, via credit card (we accept all major credit cards) or debit.

How long in advance should I reserve the pieces that I would like for my event?

It’s advisable to reserve your rental items soon after securing your venue and date. Due to limited quantities of certain items and multiple weekend events, early booking is encouraged.

Do you deliver?

Certainly! Several of our items are delivery-only. Delivery fees are determined by the size of your rental order, distance, location, and setup/teardown times. Late-night pickups can be arranged for an additional charge, depending on your event timeline and venue regulations. Currently, we are offering deliveries only in Madera, Fresno, Kings and Tulare counties.

Can we arrange to pick up our rentals ourselves?

Pickup is available for smaller items. However, larger props and furniture require delivery by our crew to ensure careful handling. An appointment must be scheduled to pick up rentals at our location.

Is it possible to view the pieces in person?

Unfortunately, at this moment we do not offer in person viewings.

How long can we hire the rentals?

Listed you will find daily rates, if rentals are needed for a longer duration please indicate on the wishlist. Depending on the venue’s policies, we might need to arrange same-night pickup of the items after the event. In such instances, additional delivery fees will apply and must be coordinated with us beforehand.

Do you have order minimums for rental items?

We don’t have a minimum order requirement.

Will you set up the rentals for us?

Rentals can be set up at an additional fee. Please indicate on the wishlist if rental items would like to be set up by our team.
